Use Macros

A macro is a pre-recorded series of steps that can be played back at anytime.  Thing of all the steps that you use to perform your routine tasks add combine into a single command.

To record a macro –

Select Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Macro >> Record

Or simply use the keyboard shortcut – CTRL + F8

Name your macro and save to a file location.

Perform each of the steps as you would normally perform to complete your task.

When completed, stop recording.

To stop recording a macro –

Select Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Macro >> Stop

Or simply use the keyboard shortcut – ALT + F8.
